1. 7-Day Return Policy We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Bonadia. If you are not satisfied, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
2. Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be: Unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. In its original packaging with all tags attached. Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase. Items not eligible for return: [e.g., Final sale items, intimate apparel, customized items – specify if applicable].

4. Shipping Costs for Returns Faulty/Damaged Product or Error on Our Part: We will cover the cost of return shipping. Change of Mind/Size Exchange: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
